While communicating with other players, community members or employees of ShavuhaCode, you may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others. Racist, sexist, discriminatory, abusive, obscene or disruptive language and/or content are unacceptable. You must not threaten or harass others. Any attempt to discredit players (e.g. creating fake accounts) leads to banning of all the accounts of the player involved.
You must not create, use, make available and/or distribute any cheats, scripts or mods that can affect the ShavuhaCode Service in any way. You must not achieve advantage from any possible bugs. You must not use signs or any other ways to make your nickname invisible which can be considered as cheating.
You are responsible for keeping your payment data secure. All payments for ShavuhaCode are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to close any account with unauthorized charges. In case you complete a payment through a third party other than DonationAlerts, ShavuhaCode assumes no responsibility for any consequence it may lead to, including loss of money, loss of account and its content etc.
If you pass off our service as your own without mentioning us, then your account will be blocked and your social networks will be at risk of copyright.
Buying, selling or attempting to sell account for real money or any equivalent is prohibited.
It is forbidden to decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reconstruct any part of the Services. Systematically extract data related to our Services to create a collection, database, or catalog without our written permission. Create any copies, modifications, adaptations, improvements, extensions, translations or derivative works based on our Services. Use our Services to create a competing or substitute product, service, or software.
Violating any of these Terms of Use will result in account temporary or permanent restrictions. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice.
